Blue Flour's cookies are so good right out of the oven that we want you to be able to enjoy them as soon as possible. Since they contain no added preservatives, we recommend two-day or overnight delivery. We'll ship your cookies the day they're baked. You should eat them within five days -- if not sooner. But you can always freeze them for a month if you wrap them really well.

Due to the freshness of our cookies, Blue Flour will ship UPS Monday through Wednesday to addresses in the US only. Depending on where your cookies are going to be delivered, you must choose the appropriate shipping method to get your cookies to their destination by Friday of that same week. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be baked and shipped on Monday. All orders will be shipped "signature release" so UPS can drop off your cookies without a signature. Please check all of your delivery addresses carefully. UPS will not deliver to PO boxes.

If a wrong address is given, or a package is undeliverable, then Blue Flour will reship a fresh batch of cookies, at the customer's request, at an additional charge.

Insulated Shipping Box
Due to hot weather conditions, we strongly recommend using an insulated shipping box April through September. This includes an insulated box and an ice pack that is reusable for your summer fun. When selecting this option there is a $6.00 additional cost. We will contact you if your chosen shipping method needs to be adjusted due to your cookie selection/s.

Return Policy
We strive to provide incredible quality and service to all of our customers. Considering the perishable nature of our product, if you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. We will do everything that we can to make you happy.

Manufacturing
All of our cookies are manufactured on equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, milk and egg products.

Holiday Shipping Time
At Blue Flour, we never rush when it comes to making and baking our cookies -- even during the busiest holiday seasons. Not only do we receive more orders, but shipping time is sometimes increased due to the volume of packages being delivered by UPS in general. So when ordering around holidays, please allow a little extra time for your gifts to be baked and shipped.

We offer many handmade best- baked goods exclusively for the Columbia, SC area. Please e-mail or give us a call for available selections. Local delivery is $7.95 with a $25.00 minimum order.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is added to all orders purchased in South Carolina.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We like to create new cookies, so there may be times when we will substitute a cookie. We will be sure to inform you before shipping if a substitution must be made.
